About this tool

Rental agreements, offer letters, school forms and invoices often just need your signature. Instead of printing, signing and scanning, draw your signature here (or upload a photo of it signed on white paper), click the spot on the page, drag it into place, and save. You can sign several pages, or put it in the same spot on every page.

This adds a picture of your signature — the same as a scanned signature. It is not a certificate-based digital signature (DSC) or Aadhaar eSign, which some government and financial filings legally require.

Frequently asked questions

Is a signature added this way legally valid?

For many everyday documents an image signature is accepted, but filings that require a DSC or Aadhaar eSign need those official methods.

Can I use a photo of my signature?

Yes. Sign on plain white paper, take a clear photo, and upload it — the white background is removed automatically.

Can I sign multiple pages?

Yes. Move between pages and click to place it on each, or use “Same spot on all pages”.

Is my signature stored anywhere?

No. It exists only in this browser tab and inside the PDF you download.
